Grace Asemota - Grace specialises in trade finance, international trade and commercial disputes. Grace has handled international trade and commodity related litigation in several countries as well as arbitration proceedings governed by the LCIA and ICC as well as trade association tribunals such as GAFTA and FOSFA. In addition, Grace regularly advises banks and trading companies on letters of credit, performance bonds, guarantees and sale contracts. She has significant experience of trade and investment in West Africa. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and is also admitted to the New York bar.
Eurof Lloyd Lewis - Eurof is based in Clyde & Co's London office and specialises in dry shipping, commodities, international trade, offshore and commercial litigation. He regularly advises shipowners, charterers, cargo interests, ship managers, brokers, banks and trading houses with regard to issues arising out of charterparties, bills of lading, sale contracts including derivatives, documentary credits, marine insurance and trade finance. He has over 20 years' experience handling GAFTA., FOSFA, LMAA, LCIA and ICC arbitrations in London and overseas.
Jonathan Waters - is a barrister, arbitrator and accredited mediator and has held a number of senior in-house positions in a variety of business sectors, including retail and leisure, healthcare and insurance. Jonathan has over 25 years PQE, having advised clients, ranging from those listed on the London Stock Exchange to small-medium enterprises, and specialises in international arbitration, commercial contracts and employment law. He has been involved in a number of key reported legal cases involving company law and directors duties. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has a Masters Degree in Economic Relations and Employment Law. He presents at international conferences and spent twelve years as a part-time Law lecturer. In 2014, The Lawyer Magazine included Jonathan in its 'Hot 100' lawyers.
