A library of supporting and complementary information is available, which when taken together with the other elements of the scheme represents a comprehensive reference manual for those involved in the trade. For importers to and exporters from the European Union a manual on EU Food and Feed legislation is available. Detailed information on HACCP and a monitoring code for Salmonella are also available
