ALL ABOUT GAFTAGAFTA's aim to promote the international trade and to protect the interests of its members has been the driving force since 1878, when the London Corn Trade Association started operations.
The affairs of the Association are directed by the Council, which comprises 22 people elected by the Membership. The Officers are the President, Deputy President, Vice President and Immediate Past President; the President chairs the Council meetings and the Director General.
The
Association has four offices: London, Beijing, Geneva and Kiev.
