Commodity Dispute Resolution (GPD Course) l 3-4 October 2022 l Valencia, Spain

Valencia

We very much regret that, due to the various financial and banking sanctions which have been imposed on Russia (and which are very likely to change at short notice), Gafta is unable to accept payment from, or on behalf of, any entity based in Russia at this time. We cannot, therefore, provide a place on events for Russian entities at this time.

This two-day course gives delegates a thorough exploration of what happens when a contractual dispute arises in the commodities sector. Through a comprehensive mix of presentations, interactive sessions and exercises, attendees will learn not only how to effectively mitigate risks, but also what they should do after a dispute arises, including how to prepare for an arbitration.

*The language of this course will be English*

The course is part of the Gafta Professional Development (GPD) programme, which enables trade professional to advance their careers in the industry by taking the Trade Diploma and potentially going on to become Gafta Arbitrators.
