EU GMO approval of GM soybean MON94637
Today, 4th June, please note the EU Commission published implementing Decision 2026/1185 authorising the placing on the market of food and feed products produced from, products consisting of or containing genetically modified soybean MON 94637.
The GMO approval will be valid for ten years and the applications apply to imports for food, feed and processing but not "for cultivation".
Decisions shall apply for a period of 10 years from the date of its notification.
