RE: Workers union strike
Please be informed of the following strikes affecting port operations in Argentina:
-Oil Workers Union Strike
From February 10th, 00:00 hrs, until February 10th, 24:00 hrs, the Oil Workers Union went on strike, disrupting normal operations at the Rosario, Bahía Blanca, Necochea, and Quequén terminals during this period.
-Nationwide Strike – CGT & Maritime/Fluvial Unions
Please be advised that the General Confederation of Labor (CGT) has announced a nationwide strike in Argentina. Likewise, the maritime and river unions affiliated with the Federación Sindical Marítima y Fluvial (Fe.Si.Ma.F.) have confirmed their participation and declared a 48-hour strike affecting launch services, tugboats, and mooring operations at the main Argentine ports. This strike will take place from 00:00 hrs on February 18th, 2026, until 24:00 hrs on February 19th, 2026.
As a result, port operations during this period are currently being affected, with interruptions and delays taking place
