The EU Commission has published Regulation 4751/2025 fixing the import duty on certain types of husked rice at €30.00 per tonne. The import licences issued for CN 1006 20 husked rice were issued in respect of 158,350t  from 1 September 2024 to 28 February 2025 and the husked rice duty (other than basmati) need to be readjusted. The regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the EU OJ (7 March 2025).
