Following on from our last circular GN/2025/049, today, 10th March, the Department of Foreign Trade published Notification 63/2024-25 clarifying that the import of yellow peas (CN code 07131010) is duty free without port restriction, subject to online monitoring system and Bill of Lading is issued on or before  31st May 2025. Today, the Department of Foreign Trade, published a Notification revising the import policy for beans (CN 07133110) extending current duty free policy until 31.3.2026.  See Notification attached for full details.
