The Government has amended the procedure for calculating minimum export prices for certain types of goods. The amendments contain exceptions for certain types of goods, in particular, those exported under forward contracts and certain types of seeds.
By its Resolution No. 331 dated 21.03.2025, the Government amended Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 944 dated 20.08.2024, which approved the Procedure for Approval of Minimum Export Prices for Certain Types of Goods. Clause 5 and Annexes 1 and 2 have been amended.
In particular, it was clarified that the minimum export prices for certain types of goods are calculated on the basis of impersonal information of the State Customs Service on the export of certain types of goods in the context of customs declarations in the form of a single administrative document, taking into account the terms of supply for the previous month, using a ten percent discount according to a certain formula.
However, now this rule does not apply to: goods declared on the basis of forward contracts, as well as to goods included in commodity subcategories see the link: https://www.kmu.gov.ua/npas/pro-vnesennia-zmin-do-poriadku-zatverdzhennia-minimalno-dopustymykh-eksportnykh-s331210325
At the same time, the minimum allowable export price for a particular type of goods cannot be less than the minimum price for this type of goods under the same delivery condition in the previous month.
