The EU Commission has published today, 11th April, decisions authorising three GM maize traits: genetically modified maize MON 94804, genetically modified maize MON 95275, genetically modified maize DP910521.
The GMO approvals will be valid for ten years and the applications apply to imports for food, feed and processing but not "for cultivation".
Decisions shall apply for a period of 10 years from the date of its notification.
