The Turkish government introduced a new corn import quota. Following on from GN/2025/062, summary of details of new quota:

• Quota tonnage : 1 million MT
• Term : 1.05.2025 - 31.07.2025 (included)
• Import tax to be applied : 0%
• Quota will be distributed first come first serve basis depending on import custom declaration dates.
• In one application max tonnage can be 8.000 MT, after 7 days a company can apply for following lots again but max 8.000 MT
