Following on from circular GN/2025/123 and yesterday’s circular GN/2025/126 on Ukraine exports, please note the European Commission has modified again the “blocking period from 6/6/2025-12.06.2025” which has been added into the EU database. This means that the first allocation can be made as of 13th June.
Database accessible at: Tariff quota consultation to monitor volumes from Ukraine. It is updated daily. Some wheat (8107t) has already been requested but not yet allocated due to the blocking period.
Discussions continue on the revised the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA).
