We have been alerted to a scam email, purporting to be from Gafta Director General, Jaine Chisholm Caunt OBE. Please do not reply to, or engage with this message in any way, except to block and report the sender to your email provider.

1. Please note that the email that refers to FOREX is a SCAM EMAIL.
2. The sender's email address is not a recognised gafta.com email. Gafta staff will only use their official gafta.com emails for Gafta business. @gafta.co is NOT an official Gafta email domain.
3. Gafta will never send emails that seek to introduce a company or an individual to Gafta members. This is because Gafta must remain impartial due to its arbitral function.
4. The tone of parts of the email is casual and informal. This is not wording that the Director General would use.
5. The Director General never signs her emails with the words, 'Kind regards'
