On 7th July 2025 , the EU Commission has published a decision 1321/2025 authorising GMO soy MON 87705 × MON 87708 × MON 89788 for use in food & animal feed
The GMO approvals will be valid for ten years and the applications apply to imports for food, feed and processing but not "for cultivation".
Decisions shall apply for a period of 10 years from the date of its notification.
