During this period, the website will remain live and all information and contracts will still be available. However, please note that transactional services will be temporarily unavailable, including:

Approved Registers
Please be aware that there may be a longer time lag than usual when updating members' Gafta Approval details on the website. If you have any query about a member's approval status, please contact that member in the first instance. If you require further clarification, please contact ApprovedRegisters@gafta.com, providing as much detail as possible, noting that the usual response time for emails to this address is 5 working days. Please refrain from chasing your renewed NSF Certificate of Conformance – we will send certificates to members when we receive them as per our usual process. We appreciate your patience, thank you.

Replies may take time as the team adjust to the new system. We appreciate your patience.
To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly encourage you to finalise any bookings, applications or payments via the website before 28 July.
