Following on from the previous circular GN/2025/143, informing on the conclusion of the EU negotiations with Ukraine on the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement. Today, the EU Commission published regulation 2199/2025 (attached) on the implementation of the new volumes and lays down the rules for the management of import and export tariff rate quotas for agricultural products managed by a system of import and export licences and to that end provides for specific rules.
The regulation applies from 29th October.

Recalling revised duty-free quotas volumes:
