It has been brought to our attention this week that following the sending of overdue membership renewal reminders from our new CRM system, several have been delivered with incorrect messaging. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and are working to rectify it immediately.
We sincerely apologise for any confusion or alarm caused. We are grateful for the prompt responses and understanding shown by our members while we resolve this matter.
To provide clarity moving forward:
- If you have received a reminder for the 2025/26 membership renewal period, this invoice is correct, and payment is required promptly.
- If you have any errors listed on your invoice e.g. company name, dates etc, please let us know via accounts@gafta.com.
- Going forward, invoices will be issued directly through our CRM system, and the sender address will appear as post@gafta.com.
- Please ensure that you add this email address to your safe senders list.
- Please note that some system emails may temporarily be issued without a listed email signatory; this is currently being corrected.
