Notice is hereby given that the forty-ninth Annual General Meeting will be held at The Caledonian Club, 9 Halkin Street, London, SW1X 7DR at 12.30pm on Thursday 15th January 2026, for the following purposes:
ORDINARY BUSINESS
- To consider the adoption of the Council’s Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th September 2025.
- To receive the result of the election for vacancies on the Council.
- To confirm the re-appointment of RSM UK Audit LLP as Auditors and to authorise the Council to fix their remuneration.
RSVP: Members are encouraged to let events@gafta.com know if they plan to attend, as space is limited.
DRESSCODE: If you plan to attend the AGM, please note that the Caledonian Club has a formal dress code. Jackets/blazers are required, with ties for gentlemen. No one wearing jeans or trainers will be permitted into the venue.
MOBILE PHONE POLICY: There is a strict no mobile phone usage policy inside the Caledonian Club. Anyone attending needing to make/take calls must do so outside.
