The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine extended the deadline for submitting applications for exemption from export duties on soybeans and rapeseeds for producers until February 1, 2026. The State monitoring will start from the 15th February, 2026.
The resolution was adopted on January 12, 2026 and this will give farmers additional time to submit applications for the export of soybeans and rapeseed and to enter data on acreage and yield into the State Agrarian Register.
This data is the basis for applying for the exemption. The need to extend the deadline is due to the fact that some producers did not manage to submit documents before the previous deadline — January 1, 2026.
The new Procedure provides for monthly monitoring of the compliance of the actual exported volumes of soybeans and rapeseed with the data entered in the State Agrarian Register. In case of discrepancies, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will cancel the expert opinion granting the exemption. This approach ensures that only exporters who have grown the products themselves receive exemption from export duties.
