…….With regard to export duties applicable to exports of soybeans and rapeseed from Ukraine, on the occasion of the 10th Association Committee in Trade configuration of 2 December 2025, the Commission services requested Ukraine to repeal the said export duties which are prohibited under the DCFTA. In response, Ukraine noted that a large part of its exports is directly performed by farmers and is therefore actually exempted from export duties, pursuant to Ukraine’s relevant legislation. Ukraine also reported that, in the 2025 marketing year, no significant trade impact was registered.
