The EU Commission has shared the above draft regulation relating to requirements for sampling and analysis for autocontrols for presence of mycotoxins and plant toxins in food.
Gafta 124 rules are referenced as an established international standard in article 2.
It also mentions that the commodity and mycotoxin/plant toxin being controlled must be with the scope of the standard and if not explicitly mentioned in scope evidence must be provided that rules are representative for the commodity/ plant mycotoxin.
