Invitation to IGTC Webinar on Genome Editing - open to all
IGTC of which Gafta is a member is organising a webinar on Gene editing. If you would like to join, please register at the address below.
You’ve likely heard genome editing mentioned in discussions about the future of agriculture, but what exactly is it, how does it differ from GMOs, and how are regulators around the world approaching it?
IGTC invites you to a webinar that will cover the basics of genome editing and share up-to-date information on how innovation is unfolding in different crops, along with an overview of how regulatory approaches are developing internationally. Whether you're following global policy developments or looking to build your understanding of the technology and its implications for the grain trade, this session has something to offer.
Speakers: We are pleased to have representatives from CropLife International and the International Seed Federation share their perspectives
