This module is designed to provide members with a basic understanding of Internal Auditing.

 Internal Audit is a Key Requirement of the Gafta Standards for Analysis & Testing, Fumigation and Supervision, Sampling & Check Weighing. This module is aimed at those members who are planning to undertake an audit to one of more of these Standards.

Internal audits provide a valuable means of challenging internal systems and procedures as well as allowing an opportunity to identify any areas for continuous improvement. The process outlined here provides a systematic approach that can adapt to any operation or product sector.

At the end of the course, you will be able to:
