Agribility - Preparing for an Audit

This module is aimed at those members who have applied, or are planning to apply, for an audit to one or more of the Gafta Standards. The Gafta Standards are a key certification requirement for members to be listed on the Gafta Approved Registers.

This module is designed to provide guidance to members preparing for an audit. Completion of this module does not guarantee a successful audit or approval.

Every business is different, and interpretation of standard should be made to suit individual business needs. For that reason, Gafta does not provide templates, pro-formas or other documentation to meet the requirements of the Standards.

• Understand the key requirements for the Gafta Standards.
• Explain the main procedures required to comply with the Gafta Standards.
• Discuss how to create adequate records to demonstrate compliance.
• Understand how to avoid the common non-conformances found during audits.
