Experience two comprehensive days, dedicated to examining Gafta contracts. Led by industry experts and senior lawyers who boast award-winning achievements and decades of practical experience, our courses offer a hands-on approach to learning through interactive case studies. .

Commodity Contracts equips participants with an extensive understanding of Gafta contracts and unravels their contractual journey, exploring terms, potential pitfalls and the associated processes. The aim of Commodity Contracts is to mitigate risks and reduce mistakes when contracting.

Commodity Contracts is the second course in our Gafta Professional Development (GPD) program. Commodity Contracts empowers trade professionals to advance their career within the industry and gives them a thorough understanding and practical knowledge of Gafta contracts!

Completion of the programme can enable you to take the Trade Diploma and Arbitrator Diploma which could potentially open doors to becoming a Gafta Arbitrator

  • There are 2 exams as part of this training course
  • Students must pass both exams in order to gain a certificate
  • The pass grade is 65%
  • Results are sent 2 weeks after the course closes
  • Failing students will be allowed 1 x retake within a specified timeframe
  • Students discovered conferring during the exam, or papers received which are identified as copies will receive an automatic failing grade
