1970s

October 1975: The Fifteenth European Bourse at Grosvenor House, London. The European Commodity Exchange is an association grouping 39 national Exchanges from 12 European countries. Its headquarters are at the Strasbourg Commodities Exchange, owing to the city’s central nature and the presence of the European institutions. The exchange dates back to 1961 with the 15th exchange being the first one to be held in the UK.
