1.   Liverpool Locusts Dinner ‘90” – The Chairman, Mr M. C. Groves addressing the Locusts Dinner, Liverpool, 2^nd February 1990, flanked (right) by GAFTA President Pat Lake. 

UK Grain Export Course 1991 – GAFTA, FAC, UKASTA held a 3-day training course in UK grain exports in conjunction with British Cereal Exports.

First International Contracts Policy Committee (ICPC) meeting to be held at GAFTA House on 27th November 1992. Attended by representatives from 10 countries, a number of crucial subjects were discussed.

On 21st-22^nd April GAFTA held a Contracts and Arbitration Training Course in conjunction with Lawyers Ince & Co. at the Marina Mandarin Hotel, Singapore. The Course proved very popular, attracting a total of 45 delegates from 7 countries, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the UK.

1.   “Novosibursk ‘95” – GAFTA international trading course held in Novosibursk from 21 to 23 February 1995 at the Agrarian University, Siberia. Speakers from GAFTA were Pamela Kirby Johnson, Director General and Consultant/Arbitrator, Peter Brown, and Course Chairman Richard Pearson-Wood.

10th December 1998- Office in Beijing is fully registered and will be officially opened at the inaugural reception on the  by GAFTA president, Rory Toal, and hosted a Contracts and Arbitration Training Course on the 11th of December
