Following the publication of EU rebalancing measures on US products on 24^th July, see circular GN/2025/155, the EU Commission has today published Regulation 1727/2025 suspending these rebalancing measures, please see attached official regulation or at link below.

This regulation is enters into force on day of its publication to ensure effective implementation of the political agreement.

The EU Commission should keep the suspension under review in light of further developments in the trade relations with the United States, and may take further actions.
