The European Commission published Notice C/2025/4524 updating the Guidance Document on deforestation free products. Coceral have informed the main change is in relation to Table 3 on date of effect – for palm oil and soya product produced before 29 June 2023 EUDR is not applicable. For product produced on 29 June 2023 or after (inclus) EUDR is applicable.
