Renewal of approval of the active substance PHOSPHINE in the OJ

Please be informed that the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1968 renewing the approval of the active substance phosphine (CAS 7803-51-2: Pre-manufactured compressed gas supplied externally via cylinders/containers) has now been published in the Official Journal: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=OJ:L_202601968)

The approval will remain valid until 30 September 2041.
