We are pleased to inform you on the most recent updates, especially concerning the EUDR Information System from the European Commission.

Updated User Guide for Economic Operators (v3.0)

The updated User Guide for Economic Operators is now published and available on CIRCABCand on the Information System website.

The document provides clear instructions for users on how to create and manage Due Diligence Statements or Simplified Declarations for the purpose of EUDR. It includes information on the system’s functions and capabilities, as well as step-by-step procedures for: registering an account including the setup of the EU Login; assigning the appropriate role in the Information System; submitting and managing Due Diligence Statements and Simplified Declarations and their lifecycle; using the dashboard; searching submissions and applying the grouping function, where needed. 

Translation into all official EU languages is in progress and will be made available in due course.

New EUDR Information System Training dates for October

New dates for virtual training sessions on the EUDR Information System are now available on the Green Forum Webpage.

Please note that there are two types of training session: 

• Trainings on submitting Due Diligence Statements, primarily for upstream operators that must submit due diligence statements to comply with the EUDR; 
• Training on submitting Simplified Declarations, primarily for micro or small primary operators (MSPOs).
